TERMS & CONDITIONS

A ten (10) minute grace period is permitted for scheduled appointments. Clients arriving more than ten (10) minutes late will be subject to a twenty-five dollar ($25.00) late fee. Excessive lateness may also result in modification or cancellation of the appointment at the sole discretion of the provider.

Clients must provide a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Each client is permitted to reschedule an appointment one (1) time only. Any additional rescheduling beyond the first occurrence will require a new deposit in order to book a future appointment.

All deposits are strictly non-refundable. Deposits will be forfeited in the event of a no-show or failure to provide the required 24-hour notice, including same-day or last-minute cancellations.

All services rendered are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including dissatisfaction with aesthetic results.

Accepted forms of payment include debit cards, credit cards, American Express, Apple Pay, approved payment plans, and cash. A processing fee of 3.99% will be applied to all debit and credit card transactions.

Clients who elect to use a third-party payment plan provider, including but not limited to Affirm or Klarna, will be subject to a 4.99% processing fee. This fee is assessed due to merchant financing charges and is non-refundable.
